Billy Randall Smith

Billy Randall Smith, age 76, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.  He was born in Brooklyn, KY on June 10, 1949.  He was a truck driver and a mechanic.  Billy enjoyed riding and breaking horses and spending time with his family.  He was preceded in death by his parents Roy Monroe Smith and Geneva Renfrow; son Scott Smith; brothers Charles Smith and Darrell Blunk.

He is survived by his wife Donna Jones Smith; children Melissa Rowley (Keven) and Randy Smith (Jay); grandchildren Kristen Abney (Jason), LaDonna Camp (TW), James Turner (Khristina), Zachary Smith (Katie), Alex Smith (Haleigh), Dakota Smith (Monicca), Roy Smith and David Finn Sr. (Tanya), Anthony Hawks; great-grandchildren Faithlyn Filback, Christian Finn (Patience), David Finn Jr., (Seirra), Harley Finn (Savannah), James Turner Jr., Elijah Turner, Luke Turner, Kaden Turner (Haylee), and Timmie Joe Turner, Natalie Hooten Turner and 6 other great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild Wrenleigh K. Finn (Brooklyn) and one on the way; sister Debbie Phelps (Martin); brother Billy Ray Smith (Kat); sister-in-law Retha Mazac (Bob) and several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026 at 2:00pm at the Brooklyn Cemetery.  Smith Funeral is in charge of arrangements.
